Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses
As a professional Letting Agent it is our policy to provide Landlords with a service that will give peace of mind and a trouble free tenancy. Whilst every precaution is taken at the referencing stage, even the most exemplary individual(s) may default on paying the rent due to unforeseen circumstances. This is a “per property (annual)” product regardless of the number of tenants. Protection is for the monthly rent and includes legal expenses for serving notices and gaining vacant possession. The rent will continue to be paid until vacant possession has been obtained. The product comes with Nil Excess Rent Protection.
